Alterations and refund policy
Does your outfit not fit you properly?
In rare cases, this can happen when the measurements taken by the customer are not accurate. Hence the need to be vigilant when taking measurements.
If this situation arises, Atelier Nabehi suggests that you contact a sewing workshop near you, in order to carry out the said alterations.
Atelier Nabehi will pay 60% of the price of the alteration, up to a maximum of 15 euros.
The visualization tool on the site of Atelier Nabehi presents the most faithful possible image of the article. This image is a rendering that allows you to visualize your creation before purchasing it. You must be sure to check your selections before proceeding with any order.
You should be aware that the colour of fabrics or patterns, may vary slightly through a computer, and therefore colour differences generated by a computer screen cannot be considered an error.
The following items:
Made-to-measure clothing; Gift cards and any other personalised items,
are non-refundable due to the unique and individual nature of the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of time.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace faulty or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@atelier-nabehi.com and send your item to: Atelier Nabehi, 98 rue de Cagny, 80000 Amiens, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to a donor at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
